Saint-Aubin is a site within the Côte de Beaune with soils of clay and hard limestone, with average slopes on which the vines are grown; En Remilly is the top premier cru vineyard within Saint-Aubin, sitting directly above the grand crus of Puligny and Chassagne. The wines are characterized by their austerity, brightness, and minerality.
Made from 45-year-old vines, this wine is very mineral-driven, with well-integrated acidity and an ample mouthfeel due to the small amount of bâtonnage we performed during élevage. The nose is intense, with dominant floral notes. A wine that offers excellent value for premier cru white Burgundy.
