Sourced from the same site as the Le Village Blanc, this wine is a fantastic representation of the elegance and aromatics of the village of Vougeot.
The wine goes through primary fermentation in tank before malolactic fermentation in barrels, using only natural yeasts. This process takes approximately 21 days before further aging in French oak barrels (33% new) for 18 months.\

Winery Notes – “On the nose, clean aromas of small red berries, humus and liquorice. In the mouth, well structured, dense, fluid, and tasty. This wine goes well with barbecued meats, egg dishes such a quiche or omelets, wild game, and a variety of roasted vegetables.”
