Situated in the commune of Vougeot, just below the village itself, this wine is sourced from vines right in the backyard of our domaine. The soils here are a blend of limestone and mineral clay that add incredible texture to the final wine.
After intensive sorting during the picking process, this 100% Chardonnay is created using whole cluster pressing and barrel fermentation (25% new). This wine sees 12-14 months further in barrel before bottling.
