This beautiful cuvée expresses the joie de vivre of Provence in a glass. Straight from the Mediterranean coast, the wine highlights the granite soils of our estate, which is best exemplified by the primary Grenache in the blend. Composed of 40% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 15% Syrah, and 15% Merlot, the grapes are hand-harvested and produced in stainless steel before bottling.
The first smell contains amazing aromatics that are very inviting. Dominant orchard fruits like peaches, peach ring candies and a sweet fruit salad. A very beautiful, floral and intense nose that jumps out from the glass. This is a perfect cocktail rosé – it doesn’t need food to lift the flavors, it does a fantastic job of that all on its own. It would pair well with spicy food, like Szechuan chicken or Mexican dishes with a little heat.
90 points, The Wine Panel: “We loved the body, complexity, and color of this dry rosé! Expect to enjoy notes of fresh strawberry along with a bit of white peach and vanilla. Sourced from the Mediterranee IGP of Southern France, the wine has a modern package and name but tastes like a classic rose' from Provence. And while the blend has 45% Grenache Noir, 25% Cinsault, and 15% Syrah, common for most Southern French wines, it also has 15% Merlot added to make it interesting and change things up a bit. This wine is nicely balanced and priced.”
