Dominated by 50% Grenache Noir grown on Provencal limestone terroirs, the wine also contains a classic combination of 30% Cinsault and 20% Syrah. This wine benefits from Berne's extensive expertise, from plot selection to night harvesting, grape blending, and careful bottling in a protected atmosphere.
This vintage showcases the textbook markers of Provençal rosé. It is a beautifully textured wine that lends body and intensity to the color and nose. Flavors of grapefruit, citrus blossom and strawberry dominate the palate before layers of lavender and a hint of fennel present themselves. Pair this wine with a classic roasted chicken with lemon and Herbs de Provence.
